I hadn't practiced in a long time, but I figured I'd play around for an hour, just for fun. But I kept getting distracted by the piano virtuoso in the next room over, who was making me feel totally self-conscious and inferior. Then I would get irritated at my self-consciousness and try again, but I was having trouble finding my way into the music. (Does that sound really cheesy?)
